Quoting oddsmakers gives a sense of legitimacy which may not  be justified. A few miles south of Denver in Colorado Springs, you can likely get odds on The Rapture, Armageddon and other Biblcal prophecies. The only difference is that you might have to wait longer to collect your bet.
