I don't know how many games you have seen the Jazz play but Derek Fisher is playing an important role. He brings experience, intelligence, and composure to a team that has been lacking all three since S & M left. You probably also aren't aware of the emergence of second rounder Paul Millsap. This guy is a player. The addition of those two and the growth of the rest of the team signals to me that this Jazz team is for real.
