There's still room in the Meadowlands for the no-frills arena which has hosted Stanley Cups and Bruce Springsteen fans from around the world. Indeed, it would make a lot of sense to rename it Bruce Springsteen Place (or something more creative) and make it a dedicated concert venue. No $30 parking (a la Madison Square Garden), no crime worries, and excellent access, of course, to the legendary New Jersey Turnpike. And what better centrepiece to a Xanadu than a Bruce Springsteen-proportioned year-round music venue?

And it's worth noting that Springsteen has sold-out all of the venues mentioned in the article (American Airlines Center and Reunion Arena in Dallas, the Charoltte Coliseum, the former Great Western Forum in Inglewood, the former Summit in Houston, and the American Airlines Arena in Miami) in the last eight years, except the Miami Arena whose confines he last graced in 1992.
