Lawyer Likely To Receive $3M From Holocaust Settlement

Submitted by KS, Apr 3, 2007 08:47

If Mr Neuborne is an employe of New York University. All work completed as an employee is that work of the University. He cannot therefore claim double compensation - the first from New York University and the second from the lawsuit for the same work. A third of the settlement is outragous for compensation - $443.00 per hour? That is if there are actually 7,000 of his work involved. Yikes Mr. Newborne - who did you do this for? You or the survivors of the holocost?
