Sinister implication of "initial" - Reader comments at The New York Sun

Israel has made continuous concessions for a promise to cease terror that is made and broken over and over. Now that according to Rice initial negotiations are beginning the promise will be made again or rather initially in return for more self destructive Israeli concessions.
