David Glick muses about conservative bias against Mormans hurting Mitt Romney and tipping the race to Fred Thompson.

Mr. Glick seriously misreads the tea leaves. The bias does not come from conservatives, who are largely Christians,too; but from the hate-mongering groups now in charge of the Donkey Party. They have apparently convinced their co-conspirators in the national media that conservatives hate Romne.

The truth is, Romney on his most politcally-correct day is more conservative than Guiliani or John McCain. He is way more conservative than Fred Thompson,who plays the role of Red Stater, occasionally cast a conservative vote inthe Senate and consorts with the old loose cannon and Republican hater, the nasty-tempered John McCain.

Of course, the whole thing is hardly worth mentioning, since none of the above will be the nominee. Hurry up Newt! Get in the race, and name John Bolton your VP!
