It's easy to sit there in your office and criticize our Mayor but he has brough more reform than any other Mayor before. We are now going into our third reform. Even LaGuardia can't boast such reform. We need to discuss things with the State so that they understand our reforms. After all it was their mismanagement that caused the mess that the Mayor and I have had to clean up these past years.
