I think by taking a few steps back one sees clearly that Governor Spitzer has addressed some key issues and allowed the system as it were to belive that it may could and will be held more accountable; is a benefit to the people in New York State and also in the United states given the ripple effect economy has.

In fact by taking such a strong stand for the people even though those do speak out clearly - the basis for the Governors actions needs to be seen more clearly as in the best interest of the people.

By the people for the people.
