Can somebody explain to me why some can master and have nuclear technology and others not?, What is the rational behind that? Is it because those who have it can blackmail and threaten those who dont have it ? Or is it bacause the late are immature and stupid and the first few smarter? Is it because they dont deserved? I would really like to know. Can somebody explain that to me please in a simple way?
