Free-Market Contagion

To compare rent stabilization to broadway tickets, is ignorant at best. Housing is a neccesity, not a luxury.

A free market for the ticket industry is fair and just. It cannot and should not be considered protecting the public from event tickets prices....yea, that is what our government needs to be doing. Protecting us from high concert ticket prices. Like they do with jewelry, luxury cars and every other luxury items that we purchase. Being a landlord myself, I still support the need to have rent stabilization and always will. That's not to say the system could not use some improvement, then again, can't all of our laws and regulations.
Seriously, leave private markets alone, let the public's demand drive the price on luxury items. Also, when was the last time the average person found it east to get tickets to the Grammy's, Oscars, or even the superbowl....alrighty then folks. I did not see Chuck Schumer give up his seat for the average Joe.
Move on....NEXT!
