As a foreigner hoping to one day obtain citizenship, I would take a day off work any time for such an occasion. Is it not important enough? Doesn't it deserve to be marked in the calendar? Ritualized in some way?

This guy Quarantillo is devaluating the whole process. Maybe HE should take the citizenship exams.
