The need for deposit monies is over, the recycling law in the city has done away with the need for this unnecessary tax. This proves the adage when a governing body gets monies, it will be a cold day in hell before they relinquish them. Why shoudl irt be any different in this state as compared to NJ which has no recycling law and no deposit law. Put an end to this rediculous law once and for all.
