Maybe paternity can be decided via this case if J. Howard Marshall's lawyers ask that the case against them be dismissed because their is no longer a known beneficiary to the estate. If Howard Stern claims to be the father of her baby, then Howard Marshall's attorneys should ask for a DNA test to prove paternity and therefore determine if Stern can remain in the case. I would think it would be easier to reach a settlement with Birkhead so that everyone could move forward with a healthier life.
