I own a SUV, if I am taxed I will simply add the cost to the products I sell and pass the cost on to my customers this is what everyone does. (Mr. Livingstone you know this I am sure)

A better solution was offered to Mr Livingstone but was refused.

I have a method that can reduce as much as 80% of greenhouse gas emissisons in an average (1500 sq ft Home ) and reduce the use of electricity/gas by up to 50% after a few years the method pays for istelf and goes on for years to save much more.

Mr. Livingstone this is like giving your citizens a tax break (up to $1,000.00 per year) cleaning the air London breaths and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in a big way.
