Not only do the Church Schools face a challenge from Charters and Home Schoolers but the failing Public School System does as well. Competition is one way to force Government Schools to do better. The other way to force Government Schools to do better is to get the Government out of the Education business and stop protecting the Unions that have caused the failure.
