I am an X-POW FROM WW2. I am 100% totally and permanently disabled with PTSD. i cannot believe

that our government would allow such a disgusting thing to exist. PTSD IS A HORRIBLE AFFLICTION,

AND THE GOVERNMENT HAS ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION FROM WW2, KOREA AND vIET- NAM.

nOT TO HAVE TAKEN THE NECESSARY STEPS TO TAKE CARE OF THESE MEN IS INEXCUSABLE, AND AN ABSOLUTE SHAME. AMERICA CARES NOT FOR ITS COMBAT VETERANS .
