Even if CSI wanted to visit Washington tomb they would have to pay an admission fee. You see nobody gets into Mount Vernon Estate to visit Washington's gravesite without paying a fee. The taxpayers are not allowed into Mount Vernon without paying a fee to visit the first president's memorial. As far as I know no other president burial site the United States has a pay to visit policy. Live and Learn.
