First of all, I have complete confidence in Elliot Spitzer's integrity, and I think his intention to improve the entire down-at-the-heels atmosphere in the former Borscht Belt capitol of Monticello is of prime importance.

To delay getting it established any longer would, in fact, be a crime. If you have seen these little towns recently, they are really in tough shape.

Let's get it done.
