Water Without Waves

I'd love to go to New York to view Mr. Sargent's Venetian paintings at Adelson Galleries. Mr. Sargent truly captured the essence of Venice and the Venetians in his many paintings from 1880 until World War I in 1914. His Venetian paintings are very unique from his contemporaries who only show the picturesque side. But Sargent shows the seamy side of Venice as well as the good and the ugly. Sargent is truly a multifaceted artist of all time. I say this from the bottom of my heart.
