Some years back, there was an Irish Lottery for Irish citizens here and in Ireland to be given the opportunity of becoming American citizens. Why only the Irish? I may be wrong but is it true that the Kennedy bill of the 1960s(don't remember the exact year) only allowed those from the south of the United states be allowed entry and given this opportunity, thus the need for this particular lottery to make up what Sen. Kennedy had done to his own heritage?

Has his bill repeated the history of the St. Louis? Are those opting for open borders not interested in the repeal of this law so with the illegals from our Southern border, we will also allow white Europeans to come to this country without discrimination inasmuch it will balance this country that desparately needs more people to carry the bills of Congress. Abortion has limited the amount of people that can contribute to what Congress has promised all of their citizens.

It is amazing that newspapers do not print out just how much each house rep and each Senator spend during the year on their own perks but continue to tax the citizens of this country. Wouldn't we all love to go abroad on someone's else's money and stay in hotels with great meals, like Madeline Allbright did and call it "Fact Finding"? How many more of our "employees" in Congress do the same with family and staff?
