Gentlemen,

what a stupid article you wrote. It's just American snobish opinion, that you win the "cold war". Gorbachev was stupid, because he believes that Americans can keep their words. Your country disturb almost all agreements between Gorbachev and Reagan. Check it ! If you are not stupid, you will understand why Russians in main not believe to the US "peacefull" policy. Your haven't any right to accuse of Russia in new "cold" war. Your President lies when you start war against Iraq. Your Goverment lies, when the describe about the reasons of American "star wars" plan. What the reason to protect Europe from missiles of Iran and Syria and North Korea in Chech Republic and Poland? It is stupid idea about the trajectory of missiles. You can do it Turkey or in Greece. But the plan of your Goverment is to break parity (which is not avaible for Russia now) in nuclear missiles to destroy Russian missiles in the points of lanch and atack Russia without any possibility to answer for that. May be you will involve little contries of Eastern Europe to start the war, certainly, and then will try to protect them. I think it is reasonable! Let's compare the number of hot wars whose start former Russia and the USSR and wars which USA starts during last 2 centuries. Despite of all your opinions and desires I hope and I think a lot of Russians think so. You have to know, that if your ever try to start war against Russia by your hands and hands of your sattelities then it became the end to your happy rich lifes and ours not rich, but prouds. It is very sad, but you never win!
