2500/mo rent, must make roughly $120,000 a year. Frankly, I'm moving in soon and if I find out people are sleeping 3-4 to an apartment i'll have zero compunction with respect to ratting them out. These arrangements lead to lousy neighbors, period. If you cannot afford a rent, do not live there. You do not have a constitutional right to live in prime Manhattan neighborhoods. get over yourselves. That, or make more money.
