I pity the Jury, who naturally will be inclined to convict Mr. Libby. How, out of this mish-mash of Power Gossip designed to nudge The National Agenda in each Faction's favor, can the Jury construct its own necessary Theory Of The Case, which will provide the conceptual armature to control the alignment of the evidence describing the actions, motives, and deceptions of all these Power Players? This conscripted squad of citizens will be a Jury in search of a Jury-Room Demagogue. They may discover a pair of them.
