It is becoming apparent that the State Department , CIA and the press were out in front of the Whitehouse regarding knowledge of the Plame affair. Colin Powell, the former Secretary Of State , should be asked to testify if and when he had conversations with the press and/or the CIA regarding Plame to determine if it was the CIA that leaked Plames idenity first and then asked for an investigation of their own leak.
