Mr Jacobs makes promises about the monitoring of future contracts. However, what about the current $55 million already unreported. Is he not going to try to find out what happened, as well as obtaining any restitution from those responsible for this debacle?

I think not. After all, if these so-called administrators were personally accountable for their mismanagement, a $55 million error such as this would never have occurred.
