To whom it may concern

I have read your article and many others, it seems that all of the buildings are being bought and redeveloped. Why are there no comments on the most valuable piece of land that my apartment is across from and i look at every day. The South Street Seaport. Maybe you have some insight to what is going on and when. My feeling is until that is straightened out we still have a long way to go for the east side. Please email me with any comments.
