I must take exception to the negative comments posted in response to Mr. Chayes' thought-provoking and deeply compelling piece. Though the respondents bring up valid points, Chayes' painted a pointed and mildly disturbing portrait of how greed in this city can be used to accomplish some good. again, brava.
