The use of the quote by Joe Morris blows the real impact of this minor error way out of proportion. This parent is the head of a website trying to get these necessary tests thrown out. How about a quote next time from a citizen who is more representative of the views of those effected by the minor error. Most people were about as inconvenienced as shaking their head once and moving on with more important issues in their kids lives.
