Thompson Announcement Could Come in Early Julyby Ryan Sager
Despite what the Politico has up at its Web site and the link Drudge has had up all day, my source in Thompson-land tells me that "There's no plan to announce on July 4" or even the week of July 4. There's certainly a rough plan, Mr. Thompson's advisor said. And early July is certainly possible. But nothing more specific than that has been decided.
